Do you practise, what you dreamt of when you created your family?

Most of us dream of creating a loving, caring and sharing family, when we grow up. But as life happens, we get caught up in all kind of daily stuff and forget our dreams.

One of the big “mistakes” we tend to do, in my opinion, is that we assume all kind of things. And when we assume, we don’t listen and we are not present in the moment. We are actually busy trying to be ahead of the person who tries to share something with us.

A good way to keep our dream alive is to always be present and curious about each other. When we are present our kids and partner feel loved and acknowledged, and when we are curious they feel valuable.

I made a small video for you – check it out here.
